Fruit & Vegetable Greens Popsicles
1 cup almond milk (regular or vanilla)
1/3 cup coconut water
3 Tbsp chia seeds
6 strawberries (sliced)
1 fresh mango, diced
3 scoops Ultimate Nutrition Vegetable Greens
Mix the almond milk with chia seeds and Ultimate Nutrition Vegetable Greens. Set aside.
In a blender, blend the mango and coconut water until pureed.
In a popsicle mold, press two strawberry slices into each mold. Pour the mango puree on top until each is 2/3 filled, and layer with the Vegetable Greens blend until full. (OR you can also blend the strawberries to a puree and alternate all 3 mixtures for a layered look like we did!)
Freeze for three hours or until solid, then snack away!
