Protein Cupcakes made with Clean Whey Chocolate Creme Protein by Ultimate Nutrition.

MCT Gold Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

1 cup low-fat cottage cheese

4oz fat-free cream cheese

4oz part skim shredded mozzarella cheese

1lb. chicken breast, cooked and shredded

1/2 cup favorite buffalo sauce

1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

2 tablespoons Ultimate Nutrition Premium MCT Gold

Your choice: celery, carrots, tortilla chips, or anything else you’d like to dip

Instructions:

  1. Add cottage cheese, cream cheese, mozzarella and buffalo sauce to a sauce pan.
  2. Place over low heat and mix continuously until cheeses are melted and combined.
  3. Add in shredded chicken.
  4. Mix well, add MCT oil and mix to combine.
  5. Place in serving dish and top with crumbled blue cheese.

Optional Dippers: Celery, carrots, corn tortillas, pretzels, just a spoon for a very low carb treat!
